Coaches at EXCELMEDICALTUTORSSM are called SUCCESS COACHES for a purpose; and that is to facilitate your academic success and professional dreams. Majority are seasoned medical educators, with MS or MD or PhD or any combination of these in their chosen fields. Drawn from among active college faculty, retired educators, Board certified clinical pychologists, ICF certified academic counselors and post doctoral fellows, all our SUCCESS COACHES undergo exhaustive pre-registration vetting and in-house online training orientation in the use of our state-of-the-art online instructional technologies. They are also regularly evaluated (including by students) for quality and performance. An EXCELMEDICALTUTORSSM Academic Administrator coordinates and supervises the overall service provided by our SUCCESS COACHES for quality assurance and commitment to the mission of the enterprise.

- Develop multimodal skills for learning
- Improve self awareness
- Gain clarity and develop critical insight through open discussions and problem-solving
- Recognize and remove self defeating attitudes and behaviors
- Reach their full potentials through enhancement of academic performance
EMT SUCCESS COACHES will also:
- Treat students with respect
- Encourage students with constructive criticism in non-judgemental ways
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of student information
EMT SUCCESS COACHES will not:
- Disrespect students
- Consult or counsel outside the remit of academic coaching
- Teach or write any portion of papers for students
- Predict a possible coaching or grade outcome
