How Our Academic Success Coaching Works
EXCELMEDICALTUTORSSM Success Coaches provide students (especially freshmen) with the guidance, structure and the feedback they need to be more successful in school and in life. Each student is assigned to a Success Coach, who helps the student stay focused on priorities, learn how to learn and achieve his or her full potential.
For best result, and in the experience of Success Coaches at EXCELMEDICALTUTORSSM, ideal coaching program for most students is designed for a minimum of four sessions of one hour per session per week over four weeks depending on need.

In weekly meetings, the student works together with his or her Success Coach to identify the student's goals, create action plans to help the student achieve them, track the student's progression toward his or her goals, and keep the student focused and motivated.
EXCELMEDICALTUTORSSM has identified proprietary focus areas and issues that are key to every student's success.
Each week, students and coaches will review the student's progress in these focus areas to ensure that the student keeps moving forward on the pathway to academic success. All coaching services are conducted online using our state-of-the-art live web conferencing technology.
